The only treatment this patient accepted over a period of 10 years was to remove a single lower natural tooth and add the replacement tooth to a 30-year-old complete denture. A disaster forced the patient to return when a fixed maxillary dentition was about to fall out due to extreme bone loss. Facing the inevitable, we were able to replace the upper dentition with a complete upper denture. Because of our advanced technologies I was able to determine a fixed solution, all-on-4 prosthesis could be planned placed and restored with predictable and precisely placed implants. Esthetics function and confidence reestablished.
