This patient declined extensive periodontal therapy to maintain his natural dentition and opted for total tooth replacement with an all on 6 treatment. Not having adequate bone volume necessitated preimplant bone augmentation. The implant plan was formulated with a dual scan approach which precisely planned all implant positions and allowed for the production of a edentulous surgical guide for flapless guided implant surgery. As depicted the results speak for themselves. A very precarious dentition transitioned into a fixed fully supported implant dentition that looks great and functions wonderfully.
