Missing many teeth creates a poorly efficient chewing mechanism. These patients can struggle to metabolize their food. This was one of the first All-On-X cases I treated that made use of a digital workflow to preoperatively design a dentition to fit the patients’ anatomy and return form and function with a teeth-in-a-day solution. The final zirconia dentition was refined in a computer to produce this beautiful smile that our patient gets to enjoy day after day. Going on five years without any problems which I attribute to exquisite planning and preparation before any treatment was rendered. A great long-term answer for a terminal dentition.
