This patient was neglecting her oral health and presented for a solution to improve the unesthetic dentition that existed. Having utilized clear aligner therapy in conjunction with restorations for years has given me excellent experience for managing all types of case types. This was a challenging case due to the malocclusion and developing periodontal condition, but it was treated conservatively. Periodontal therapy to reduce gingival inflammation, clear aligner therapy to improve tooth positions and in-office bleaching. Once the existing dentition moved to more favorable positions, we restored the four upper incisors and a lower canine with veneers to complete the overall treatment plan for this very happy patient.
